The listing, Vera Wang Tights/Stockings - Brand New has ended.

This is a brand new pair of pantyhose style tights from Vera Wang. They are a size 2, for heights 5'3" to 6' and weights 120 - 170 lbs. They are sheer patterned stockings with a control top.

They were originally purchased from Kohl's and have never been removed from the package.

It doesn't say on the package, but I would guess so, since they are shown in the picture with open toe shoes. Hope that helps!
