Adorable Strikealite lighter from the 1940's in a form of a Scotty dog. The lighter appears to have never been used. red top for the lighter.
1940's lighter in great condition for age !

3" long
2.5" tall

it wouldn't cost more for that size of item ....I send 90% of my auctions to the States and it isn't much . You can send without tracking to keep price low ....

No First of all I always do tracking. All the items I ship in the united states are free which can be costly ! I do a lot of auctions ! If it's not that much then why can you not pay for shipping ? Ive sent Items to Canada it's not cheap ! I am guessing around $ 12.00 to ship the Lighter.

I am sorry but I list a lot of stuff I do free shipping that is costly to me. All my items are shipped free in United States !
I spend more on shipping then sometimes what the item goes for so I lose sometimes. I can not offer anything to people outside of United States I am sorry ! Just cost to much to ship !

Unless I know the shipping cost I cannot bid. Too many on here rip people off with the exact shipping and then drop a high price to ship so I have to ask ahead so I know whether to bid or avoid . If you put a number in the shipping then you will get more bids : )

Holy Cow ! Nobody accused you ! I was only stating there are many on here who after someone bids or wins suddenly have an exorbitant amount for the shipping .
They make money that way . It is common here so one has to be careful and find out what someone is charging for the shipping before bidding . That is what I am saying . I would rather see a shipping price before I bid as then I know what the cost actually will be .
BTW... you never said what you are charging to ship to mid Canada?

The little wick that comes out the top has not been burned and there's no black anywhere around it the suggest to me that its been used. Now if its work or not that I would not know. I would assume it would with proper fluid. Sorry it does not have a date on it or brand. I do know I did research it and it comes up in the 1940's.
