I have a Cobra Evil Eye necklace in antique gold, with a 20 in. traditional chain or a 20 in. ball chain (dog tag style). The cobra is 1.25 in. long, 3/4 in. wide, and 3/8 in. tall. Choose your eye color. Plus a Bonus pair of Vampire Fang Earrings. Unisex. I have never seen anything like it.
