It works by purchasing data and using it wherever u get cell service for Internet for up to 5 devices at one time. It works great and it's fast it is 3 months old used once I just have no need as I have home internet now. I payed fifty dollars for it. Fully customizable router name and password. Does come with charger sorry it's not pictured.
