Only if credits are above 300. If someone wins and bids less then 300 then they have to pay shipping which is 7.00. It's all in the description!

its against the rules too charge for shipping if you have free shipping checked... you have to give the item for free shipping regardless of how many credits...

I changed your shipping option to buyer pays shipping. To use free shipping, it has to be unconditionally, but you listed one "Shipping will be free if bidding gets about 300". Since it's possible that the winner may have to pay something for shipping, it should be buyer pays shipping.
