would this fit a boy who wears a 10/12? hes about the size if an 8 yr old. autistic and developmentaly delayed (( his 12th bday is next month)) just making sure of size. it says adults small or childs ? is it a L XL childs?

oh good. he has this pullover blanket thing a friend made him yrs ago because weight blankets made him clostraphobic so the fleece blanket helped him feel snuggled. he had a frog snuggy but has also grown out of it. we just moved from 7/8 to 10/12 so he still swims in em. he loves transformers and i was hoping it would fit. i will def be bidding ;) thank you
