I don't know why it depends some will but most just don't especially if they themselves offer free shipping for their items unless it's an item they can get for a great bid & its something really hard to get or something they really, really want its just my experience they won't. I never have bid on an item that I had to pay postage & I paid postage for my own items I put up for bid.
