this is used game. excellent playing condition. this is the UK version, but it is identical to USA version. it plays on all consoles. the only flaw on this one is on front of disc-the man's knee area-there is a scratch/or tiny area where design is off (more of a cosmetic flaw). it came that way when it was new, it does not affect game play in any way. I tried to take pictures but with the flash it does not show up. Comes with case and inserts/instructions.
