Description
The listing, RED EDGED ALOE~CHRISTMAS ALOE~"2" BABIES~L@@K!! has ended.
MORE BABIES~MORE BABIES~Here today we have more babies from the Red-Edged Aloe.. I am told that the common name is "CHRISTMAS ALOE". This auction is for TWO (2) babies from my Mother plant in Photo 1--which is NOT part of the auction. Photos 2-5 are EXAMPLES of the TWO babies you will receive. As you can see---the babies do NOT have red edges in many cases. But NOT to worry--plant them and give them plenty of light. Before you know it, their edges will turn red--like their Mom!! You treat these just like any other Aloe--bright light and short on water. These will be sent BARE ROOT. I wrap the roots in a slightly moist paper towel, and then in plastic to protect the roots from drying out, for the trip. I always suggest that you have a pot and succulent/cactus potting soil ready for their arrival!! Remember NOT to overwater!!
Trick is on this one---the more LIGHT you give them---the brighter red the edges get once they mature some---I think you need BOTH!! LOL Best of Luck!!
Oh I know I do lol plus a few of your other auctions :) awesome thing is 3 of my auctions end tomorrow putting my credits in my account just in time to bid on all your auctions :) it's a win win
Hey Sandy!!! Got this plant from you last time and it is doing GREAT!!! Really easy keeper and yeah the more light the more red edge!!!! Her real name is Aloe "Christmas Carol". Good luck on your auction!!!!
Keep watching---cause you never know what I might come up with---I LIKE the ones, you DON'T WALK INTO a store and see all the same stuff!! I have a few of those too--but I LIKE different plants you don't SEE all the time!! THIS is one of them. I love plants as well!! :o)
