Just a tad loose.My waist is 27 inches and with leggings you kind of want a tight fit. Im just worried the rest of them will not fit snuggly. I wear a size 0-3.

I think I might try to take my chances and just wash them and dry them on high when I get them, I just love them!!! The waist is close enough and in the pic they look small so Im going for it! :) Thank you so much for all of your help!! :)
