Beautiful wooden carved pen box with (refillable ink) Pen

I do NOT know for 100% sure if this was hand carved, but it sure looks like it- so my guess would be yes. It is absolutely beautiful non-the-less!
I took many pics so you can see the color of the wood. The wood is a beautiful shade of brown, the box has a light wooden center. The box has a Small palm tree carved on the front with the word ALOHA. (This is definitely carved into the wood.

The pen- has black ink. I tested the pen (as you can see) and the ink works-(though I have no idea how much ink is still in the pen, I don't know if it was ever used or not. Looking at the condition it is in- I would guess it was not used and was kept more as a souvenir- but that's a guess.
The INK is refillable! The inside of the pen comes out, and it tells you on it the Refill type/number it uses.
The pen is wooden as well- with Gorgeous shiny Gold accents.

Both LOOK brand New, however I can not confirm for certain that it is actually new. There are NO scratches or scuffs on the case or pen that I see.
