OK folks! I found these coins while searching my first brick of 2013 OBWs from Cleveland Federal Reserve. I found some interesting stuff! All 2013 coins are GEM BU unless otherwise stated.

TWO Die chips on the top of the shield.
a nice hairline die crack runs (just about) the length of the full middle bar.

This is an early stage coin - I would LOVE to see the later stages... IF you have one - this would make a GREAT progression set!
