the case says the game is rated E for everyone, so they would be ok i would assume, i dont have any kids at the moment..... but i would say probably ok, the games on it are pretty much just adding numbers and subtracting basically general math, the games just work your brain and you start out with a brain age and then as you learn and get better at the games your brain age will go down, mine started at like a 45 and i got down to a 20 my age so im done playing but it takes a while, and it has a calender to track your progress its funn just dont play it anymroe, the second one is the same way just different games basically.
