I have a iphone 4 it is icloud locked but I spoke to apple and they will bypass the phone its not stolen I ran it threw apple it runs off of att they will bypass due to original owner being dead it can be reset with iTunes also but you need a good internet connection it takes about 6 hours to restore it. I can no longer add gin as a bid was placed and I can not connect it and do it my internet doesn't have enough connect so it keeps stopping the download to restore it

Apple said they would unlock the iCloud locked phone? Why would they do that for you... Doesn't make sense as its there for security reasons and to make the phone pretty much unusable

Read it apparently you have no clue what your talking about the original owner is dead I called Apple they ran the imei to make sure it isn't stolen since the phone is screen locked and hasn't been completely cloud locked it can be bypassed obviously you didn't read I have my case number with Apple was on hold for two hours I no what I'm talking about if I didn't I wouldn't have stated that
