This is the Sears Telegames cartridge "Asteroids" for the Atari 2600 game console. Cartridge contains 66 game variations (Hyperspace, Thrust Control) and is for 1 or 2 players using Joystick controllers. Instruction booklet included but the original box is long gone.

Wow, that's very impressive that you've saved even the instruction booklets! I like to save all of my game "swag" too but boxes are hard to come by. I used to throw them away not even thinking about the possibility of collecting them one day!! LOL
I actually DO have one still in the original box. It's the Activision game "Space Shuttle" for the Atari 2600 system. I think it may be the most complex game ever for the Atari. You have to launch the shuttle, take it to orbit, open the cargo bay doors, then handle re-entry. I never did master it.
