ALL PIECES DESIGNER SIGNED BY SARAH COVENTRY AND MARKED STERLING SILVER ***THESE ITEMS ARE NOT "PLATED"!!!

1. Vintage Mother of Pearl Necklace w/sharp definition of cameo on actual necklace. Pendant is on ORIGINAL DESIGNER TAG AND CHAIN (please note the customary 'extra' loop in the picture of the chain) TAG states "Sarah Cov Sterling".

2. Vintage Mother of Pearl Screwback Earrings w/sharp definition of cameo on actual earrings. Backs of BOTH earrings state "Sarah Cov Sterling" while the backs of the screws on the earrings state "Sterling .925 Silver"

3.Vintage Mother of Pearl (approx size 8) Ring w/sharp definition of cameo on actual ring. Marked inside the band with "Sterling Sarah Cov"

For all of my watchers....i just realized that mother's day is a bit closer than i had anticipated (i actually just checked my calendar) so i have shortened the initial time frame i had this set for in order to ensure delivery by, if not sooner, than mother's day. this is not my usual practice and is a one time only occurrence, but i advertised this as a mother's day option and want to make sure you will have it by then!! my apologies if this has caused any inconvenience!! to the contrary, i hope this actually helps a little more and pray you forgive my oversight on the date of the holiday!! sincerely, jjgarofalo (jeannie)

Hi...It's genuine mother of pearl on an abalone shell background. Abalone has a variety of differing colors and this set happens to be a little darker, but just as iridescent. It is a gorgeous, vintage and "ACTUAL" sterling set and there is usually some patina associated with items of this age, hence the darker coloring.I am going to leave the cleaning of the pearls to the new owner, but have the sterling as polished as I can get it without interfering with the pearls.
