I have Gold Stainless Steel Engagement Rings. The solitary crystal (not a diamond) is a round brilliant cut about a carat in size. The ring has a simple, but modern feel. Gold Stainless Steel has a duller finish than solid gold, but is still very pretty. This is a tasteful ring with a believably sized crystal. If you are tight on cash, like me and most of us, this is a reasonable and affordable alternative to diamonds and gold. Stainless steel is durable and does not tarnish. ***Wear with Care. The stone in this ring is tension mounted, not welded into the setting. That being said, some care must be taken when wearing it. It is not indestructible.***
