3 pairs of shoes lil girls size 9 & 10. 1 pair is new with tags, the other 2 are gently used.
1 Navy with flowers velcro mary jane style shoe NWT size 10.
1 Black & hot Pink Barbie velcro strap shoe size 9 (worn once)
1 black mary jane style shoe size 9 (worn twice)

how old would the average child be to wear these ? I think about my nieces and wondering if one of them could wear these . there so cute.

I am not sure. I don't think that age determines the size of a child's foot. I think each child is foot grows at a different rate than other children the same age. . The best way to find out what size shoe to get to fit your neice's feet would be to measure them or ask them what size the shoe is that they are currently wearing and get the next size bigger. Kids feet grow so quickly and often that it is always better to get them bigger than too small. They will grow into them or can wear 2pairs of socks if the shoes are a lil big. Hope that helps.
