That's awesome, so it's a actual comic book opposed to an actual book, LOVE IT. F,W,B

yes, it's actually the first Dell edition of Bambi [I believe], Dell 4-color #36 was Bambi's Children, that one goes pretty high, I've been buying & selling comics since 1970 or so. Thanks for stopping by!

I have no idea where or who has owned this comic book in the 67 years it's been on planet earth, if you are allergic to smoke I reccomend you only buy brand new stuff sealed in plastic right from the factory in China! My dog is named 'Smokey', so please don't bid on this book!

I know, I get a kick when they ask stupid questions like that! I've only owned it about 10 years, it does have that bulk paper musty smell to it, I'm afraid they may be allergic to that too, so I don't want to take any chances!!! lol, way to funny, I may have seemed a bit rude to her, but I don't really give a duck! lol, I've been chatting on Facebook with a comic buddy I used to buy & sell golden-age with back in the 70's, such a small world! Talking about guys like Jerry Bails, C.C. Beck, and others we use to hang with and buying books like superman #50 [1945] for $15.00!! have a SUPER day!

Hey, thanks, you too! yeah, the good ol' days....wish I was born rich & not good looking [lol], my first two collections today would have been worth close to a million dollars, but between running comic shops & the ex-wife, having to pay the bills meant having to sell the rare stuff for a marginal profit! I bought a fine Showcase #4 for $250. my grandma about had a heart attact when I showed it to her & told her how much I spent on a 'funny book' !!!1

the rare stuff is still out there, and a lot of todays low print stuff will be tomorrow 'rare' stuff, the back stuff from my last store I closed in 1999, really wasn't worth the time to list in 2005, & when the economy collapsed in 2008, I just sealed up the boxes & put it all in storage, now these last few years, that stuff is beginning to explode.. it's neat. Florida's climate is not good for comics so no golden-age finds will be discovered here, but up in the attics of the northern states there are countless hoards waitng to be discovered. I remeber when my buddy Chuck Roszanski found the ;Mile High' collection back in the 70's, I was furious with him asking 2 X guides back then!

I'll dig out some more silver age & golden-age stuff to put on here, I just got my new Dell puter on Wed. so I don't have my documents files, I'm just going to spend a couple of weeks reloading inventory, but it saves the trouble of having to update whats been sold! windows -7 I really like the newer programs, I was using Home XP...
