Do u know if this will cover black colored dye

Unfortunately after anyone dyes their hair a black color or dark brown no hair dye will do the trick in changing the color because the color black or brown is very intense and its pigmentation affects it strongly. So therefore there's really only 2 options that we girls don't like to hear but u have to let it grow and cut the black dyed hair or bleach it and then dye which ever color you desire. Now if your hair is naturally black it will work 100%.
