•i have 7 days to ship before you trip, so please do mit contact me before then asking when your item will be shipped. i try to send my items out quickly but sometimes it is a few days, but i will ship before the 7 days unless something important has came up. then i will contact you asap. i also offer free shipping in the u.s.

•after the 7th day or i have clicked "send" please be patient & allow your item a few weeks to get to you. some get there item in 1 day, others it has taken 2 weeks. i have absolutely no control over this so please consider this when you are waiting.

•please please please if you have an issue with your item once you have received it please come to mw first!! if you have any issues at all please come to me first instead of going straight to listia to file a dispute, or leaving me negative feedback. i take pride in my 100% feedback & i aim to please all of my listian buyers, but i can not help you or know something is wrong if you do not tell me. if you choose to file a dispute or leave me negative feedback before contacting me first i will block you without hesitation. at that point it is out if my control. i am very easy to communicate with so please keep that in mind. if you have any doubts just head iver to my feedback & look over some of the comments.
