This listing is for a well loved tank from Urban Outfitters, by brand "Free People." This is a well known brand in boutiques and stores such as Macy's and Anthropologie.

It is a thermal material, nice and stretchy with frayed edges along the straps and neckline and bottom, it was this way when purchased and is really cute!! Size small, but would easily fit a medium, it is a rather low-cut style and stretches also so it should fit a number of body types. It has a cute cloud/panda abstract pattern.

Laying flat, from underarm to underarm, unstretched and measured across is 14 1/2" and length from top shoulder strap to bottom hem is 29" (it is a nice, longer length.)

I will ship it free in the US, smoke free home!
