Looking at the picture, on comparison to the tag and the small table it's on, I would assume it would fit a C. This is just my opinion though ladies.
Also, I noticed typically when a bra just says 32- it's meant for a A cup. When it says 34 it's meant for a B cup, and when it says 36 it's meant for a C cup. Again, this is just my observation.

But also like most bandeau type bras- they have stretch in them and can fit many sizes, but of course some cup sizes will be covered completely and others will have a cleavage shown.
