Scott #690 Commemorating General Casimir Pulaski, Polish patriot and hero if the American Revolution and in recognition of the 150th anniversary of his death. He was killed during the seige of Savannah while serving under Washington. Issued 01/16/1931
Scott #703 Issued to commemorate the 150th anniversary of the Battle of Yorktown and the surrender of Cornwallis. This marked the end of the Revolutionary War. Issued 10/19/1931
Scott #702 Issued to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the founding of the American Red Cross by Clara Barton who nursed the wounded during the Civil War. Issued 05/21/1931
