Pedi Paws it is used and the grinder that is inside of it does show that it has been used. However I still think there is some use left in that grinder. The other grinder is brand new and you can get a good amount of use out of one grinder. Runs good will need batteries (will not come with batteries). Takes 2 "C" Batteries. The box is not in the best shape but you could glue it and it would be better.

Personally I have another one and I use it on my dogs all the time. It takes sometime for them to get use to it but once they do they don't seem to mind. It is also really good because you don't have to worry about getting their nails too short. I have never had issue with the Pedi Paws going to short on the nail you just need to pay attention to your pet and look at the end as you are grinding.
