Bought at a Verizon Wireless store a while ago but never used. I believe it does not have to be a Verizon phone only as it says on the packaging " compatible with most phones that have a 2.5mm headset port". No, I do not know if it will fit your XYZ phone. The model is MX150VR, upc is 017229116825 so you can do your own research before bidding.
