Yes the GPS works - Everything works. HOWEVER I can't truthfully answer if it's pre paid compatible, because I'm not %100 sure unfortunately. I'l be more than happy to look it up though (now I'm curious too)

It states clearly that it's free shipping in the U.S. and anywhere outside of the U.S. will pay exact shipping. if you're outside of the U.S. and you placed a bid, you'll have to wait until the auction is over to receive your credit refund just like everyone else.
IF you're in the U.S. and win this auction, but do not want to wait until the 1st or 15th for me to send it to you, THEN you can choose to pay shipping costs. This is ALL stated inside the listing. Thank you and Good Luck bidding.

So this is what I found. You SHOULD be able to use it for prepaid. I'd call customer service and ask JUST in case. Hope this helps

Which is also listed on my add. I'm in no way trying to be a jerk about anything either, I just need people to read the auctions BEFORE they bid. Because you placed the bid, if you win, you can pay exact shipping costs for me to send it, OR you don't have to but there will be no refund on credits and I'll relist the phone. Unfortunately it doesn't. However if it's any consolation, the camera it DOES have is pretty awesome ;)
It's an older phone- not as luxurious as most phones now
