Please go to https://www.usps.com/ to figure shipping cost. All dimensions are in the listing. You may want it shipped fast, insured, most economical, etc ... since the winner is paying exact cost it is their option of the shipping. I can make recommendations, but the bottom line is it is your choice. Please note, your cost will be a little cheaper then what the usps website states since I use a shipping service which offers a slight discount.

No problem. I do know it is smaller than the one I use (the thing is huge), mine is 5 years old. I have not opened the box it came in, but I can see it is not a bulky printer.
