The right bottom joystick is broken? I just thought the pad was just a little torn up, so it's not working either? I read your description above and it just stated that it was torn up; but in flawless working condition. So is it broken or just torn?

The rubber is a bit torn but also I forgot the left joystick can tend to stiffen up when you move it to the right but it still works fine.

Yes but one of the joysticks has torn rubber and the other one stiffens up
