The listing, .925 VINTAGE SILVER RING WITH YELLOW TINTED STONE SIZE 7.5-8 has ended.

Here we have a sterling silver stamped band that looks as if it is vintage for sure.
it is a thin band with a nice yellow tinted stone. i do not know what the stone is (i dont want to guess)i looked at it thru my jewelers loop and it does definately have a yellow tinting to it, and i cleaned it and it still is a yellow look. it is a 4 pronged setting. if you like vintage rings you will like this, i got this and was told they guessed it as a size 7 but i wear a 7 and it is big on me so i would guess a bit bigger. maybe 7.5 or even bigger but cannot be for sure. it does let a dime fit in it perfectly as you see in the pictures so if you can size by that then there ya go.i have a 7.5 ring set and this ring shows bigger then those.

I just love vintage rings. There's always a history behind them and you wonder about who had it where it's been and so on. I'm a fan of yours and I'll be watching and bidding if i have enough credits. I certainly hope so. I think the stone is too light to be a citrine and I just can't think of what it could be. Are there any other markings besides the 925?

I cant figure out what it is unless it is a very old cz so if it is then it would be when they first started creating them so wow that would be awesome?

Yes it would. It's beautiful no matter what the stone is. I just hope the band is real or I can't wear it, if I win .

its real,its stamped right on the band along with the makers mark ,you can read the stamp plain as day even tho it is older

if you look at the pictures in view larger yes you will se that it is faceted, as all faceted means is that it has one of its sides smoothed to let reflections be more clearer and present. and the very top of the stone is as smooth as you can get and not just the top so yes it is faceted.

I'm still looking for a ring or a wedding set for my cousin.. she was at the beach with her family and her youngest son got stuck in a wave and started taking him out.. she rushed to get him and in the process lost her wedding set. they all looked and still didnt find it. (who ever finds it will get lots of money..lol) I'm going to try to get something for her b-day which is in 2 days, but if not it will be Christmas... lol
