Very soft and flowing. Just been hanging in my closet and really not me.I think a person that wears a medium could wear this comfortable because of the style and fit ...for the more alluring person! I really don't think it would be too small....it is loosely made, in my opinion. (Not being a "D" I can't really judge HA) But, seriously, it is loosely made and I think it would be fine and probably very beautiful and sensual on you. Good Luck....

I don't think so because of the way it is flouncy and loosely ruffled , it enhances the size and is not form-fitting......Hope that helps...that is what I really think.....Carole
