NWOT's - I bought this and I am too busty to wear it! I suggest this dress for someone with smaller chest than 34DD! It fits and the black material is pretty stretchy but it pulls the waist up way to high where it sits right under your chest. The waist is elastic with quite a bit of stretch and the Shoulder to Hem is 42" so it's a great length for a summer dress. Very lightweight and NO tags! It came that way but you won't have anything scratching or rubbing the back of your neck! The stretch will accommodate an XL it just depends on the chest size and your look preference! It's cute and comfortable and I am bummed it didn't work for me! Never worn just tried on!

Yes it would fit. I can't tell you how it would look! For me having large bust it fit but took up the remaining space underneath so the waist was hitched up (urkel style).

I wear a 34DD or a 36D and will it fit -yes! For me it made the waist hitch up higher sitting right under my bust and I didn't care for how it looked on me. There was no issue with it being tight or uncomfortable just didn't like the way it looked.
