A fantastic vintage watch that's simply gorgeous. Jubilee 17 jewels working cocktail watch. I took many photos from as many angles as I could to try & show just how beautiful the watch is. On the inside of the watch it is stamped on BOTH sides 1/30 10kt RG
I looked up 10KT RG & I believe it stands for ROSE GOLD. My Dad's watch that he received from his work (he's an executive @ Chevron) says the same thing, except his says 18KT RG.

There are two stones (one on each side of the watch) that have four prong settings. My mom took a look at the watch & she thinks they're diamond "pings." She also tole me not to say they were diamonds because they're so small.

I don't know a lot about this watch except that it was my grandmother's. Now before you start throwing rotten food at me for listing something so sentimental, in my defense- she left an awful lot of jewelry to my sister & me. There are many pieces that we have put aside to pass down to my niece... & there's still quite a bit of fantastic jewelry that I may list here for my Listia friends! (don't worry- I discussed this with my mom & sis!)

This watch works perfectly (I believe so anyway! I wound it & wore it for a few hours- it kept time splendidly.) I will note that this watch hasn't been just sitting for decades without it being wound! I would wind it from time to time.

I'm not sure how this auction will go, as I haven't even checked out anything comparable on Listia yet, so I'm charging for shipping in a small flat rate box & DCN. (If it goes well the upcoming antique pieces won't have shipping charges!) If the bids go above 6500 I will cover the shipping.
Shipping is 6.50 via paypal ONLY please.

I will try to take this to a jeweler before the auction ends & include an update. I'm unsure how likely this will be because I'm recovering from back surgery. I'm just enjoying these auctions so much that I'm anxious to put a vintage piece up now. :D

1/30 means that it is 1 part gold to 30 parts other base metals, just thought I would let you know
