These are precision- cut vinyl decals.
There is no background.
The background is whatever you apply it to.
These are permanent adhesive decals.(rated for 6 years outdoors) They will stick to just about any clean smooth surface. (vehicles, walls, windows, mirrors, tablets, xboxs, playstations,etc.)
Please note that holographics are pre-removed and replaced on backing to ensure easier application and may have slightly bent backing paper upon arrival. This does not affect the decal but is necessary to ensure the easiest application of this specialty vinyl.
To Apply: Clean the surface and remove the backing from the decal. Place the decal on the desired clean surface, before removing transfer paper use a credit card type tool to adhere and smooth decal to surface then remove the transfer paper carefully to ensure that all small pieces have adhered.
