New windows 8 w/ unused key and discs.
this software is brand new and the key and discs
(32bit & 64bit) have never been used.
software was purchased however due to
return policies on software could not be returned. software was purchased to upgrade an older os win vista but ended up finding out after it was bought that that mich of a system jump would not work.

so here we are listing an awesome product for you all to bid on :) oh and ps yes we just bought a new laptop lol.
