Yes it is in working condition, I don't understand why people list things that are broken? It comes with the power cord and RCA's to hook up. I also have a memory card that I forgot to list.

The only time I would list something broken is if it were for usable parts. Other than that I have no idea..lol.

Some things are cheap to repair, PS2's even PS3s are faily easy and cheap to repair. Some people would prefer to buy a broke system and fix it rather than pay full price for a new one, Theres a shop down the street for me that will fix all ps3s for 40-50 bucks. Quite cheaper. I have no issue with someone selling a broken item that is fixable as long as they state its broken and try the best they can to describe the issues with it. Great Auction btw, My PS3 is not backwards compatible so I am gonna be watching this one. Fanned as well.
