The listing, **Lace** has ended.

Lace. Great for little girls dresses. I have a box of lace that I would love to clean out of my sewing room. I have collected this for years when my daughter was small but she is gone and now I have only grandsons. Several yards of each one, some on rolls, some loose. Once I see someone that is a Serious bidders I will get you the exact lengths if necessary. Whites, pinks, blue, yellow, cream. If you look closely there is a yard stick at the bottom to give you an idea of the widths of some of the lace. Most pieces are anywhere from 3-5 yards. Nothing less than 1 yard.

Now that is a lot of lace! If I needed some I'd bid. I don't use much lace. I think I used to as I have a bunch of it myself.

I WAS a retired professional seamstress until the downturn of the economy..... I've done it all and seen it all! Alterations, cheerleaders, weddings, pageants. I now make one-of-a-kind heirloom dresses and use lots of lace and enjoy my electronic embroidery machine. My question: I need crocheted laces, color is irrelevant because I tea-dye it myself. How many are crocheted versus nylon blends???

I have nylon style from 1/2 inch to about 5 inch. Most ruffled and a few straight. I also have a cloth with embroidered edge with flowers.(peachy pink & green). Some have double layers of ruffles. Sorry! no crochet.

Angie, Google 'crocheted lace', then click on 'images'. For every image, there's a shop or source. Some of that lace is to die for... Nice auction : )
