The listing, First generation Apple tv has ended.

I won it on here it didn't come with a remote and I never ended up buying one so you will need to buy one for it. Without a remote I was never able to see if it works. I will say the woman I won it from did say it worked perfectly but I don't know because once again I never got to use it. I did look to see how much remotes were and they were around $10 and up. I will ship it in a flat rate box which will cost $5.50

I'm not an Apple TV expert, but I don't think that is a first generation, it is probably a 2nd generation. If you have a newer Apple iPhone or iPad, I would think you could download an app that could allow you to control the Apple TV unit.
