The listing, LOVELY ~~ BABY BLUE ~~ VINTAGE BED JACKET has ended.

This adorable piece of Vintage Lingere will take you back in time~~ Mid Century ~~1940's-1950's.
Ladies wore them over thier Nightgowns, while lounging in bed, & reading a Magazine ( probably Harper's Bazar) or with her Breakfast tray in front of her, that had a single Red Rose on it in a small stem vase ~~~

I've been so busy that I haven't been back to add more details & for that I apologize~~ There is only a tattered remnant of the original label @ the neck & no wording is visable. I do believe that it's fairly Small. I also think it's maker is Vanity Fair, mid-50's in age, probably.

I believe that one is NEVER too old for pampering... OR bed jackets! Lucille Ball was in her mid forties when she, quite glamorously, wore bed jackets in I Love Lucy, and in movies. I'm 49, and I'm bidding!! : )
