No, you cannot ingest these oils. I wish you could, they smell so good, it would be wonderful, but it says on the bottle "for external use only"

can they be used in Wax burners? instead of the wax use water/oil

I'm not sure if you can use them in place of the wax. I know you can burn a candle and put a few drops on the candle, and it will make your whole room smell awesome!! =]
