The listing, BRACELET - **ART NOUVEAU** (NEW ART) KOKOPELLI MALACHITE CLIP ON STYLE BRACELET BNIB has ended.

This is a Kokopelli Style Clip on bracelet with slivers of Malachite. The stones used are genuine..

fits up to a size 8 1/2" comfortably

These are hand crafted by decendants of the North American Nahua Indian Nation that now live in deep southern Mexico .

Stamped Alpaca or Mexico..Vietta Taxeco, Vietta CR Taxco

They are made out of german silver aka nickel silver, which in fact has no silver in the metals at all..see below...

They do have a sterling silver overlay...

Some metals may be called 'silver' when, in fact, they are not (except in coloration). For example, nickel silver (also know as German silver) is an alloy consisting of about 60% copper, about 20% nickel, about 20% zinc, and sometimes about 5% tin (in which case the alloy is called alpaca). There is no silver at all in German/nickel/alpaca silver.

This can be cleaned in warm water with mild dishsoap...after cleaning rinse well and completely dry with soft cloth..DO NOT SUBMERGE

To store when you arent wearing it wrap in a paper towel or tissues and store in a ziplock baggie.(helps keep the oxidation minimal), dry pack/baggie provided to help keep moisture out.

These pieces are lead free...

someone needs to study up on "Art Nouveou" (New Art) This is a period in the late 19th century, early 20th century. KoKopelli art is much older. please, not trying to be rude, but get your facts straight so you don't mislead bidders.

and I do not mislead anyone..as well as I never ask for starting bids or GINS to help cover my FREE shipping with tracking...

A "style" of decoration and architecture of the late 19th and early 20th centuries, characterized particularly by the depiction of leaves and flowers in flowing, sinuous lines natural objects created by hand.
characterized by organic and dynamicforms, curving design,whiplash lines, geometric shapes, and natural objects such as stones gems flowers shells wood etc.
The term art nouveau also applies to hand crafted art jewelry...
The history of the french in 1800's and up until world war 1 has nothing to do with this jewelry..although the term originally came from London..
as you can read this jewelry is hand crafted from the desendents of the Native North Americian Nahua Indian Nation in Mexico and this has been a tradition in their families heritage generation after generation..
The term Art Nouveau is used as a description of the beautiful art jewelry that is produced by hand. It is not a new word...
I list my items as what they are if I had a piece of older kokopelli then I would include that in my listings...If its 925 sterling I say it is if its plated or overlay then Thats what it is..
my facts are straight try getting yours straight from somewhere other than the first thing you find when you Google it...

I'm not sure, I've paid from $5 to $8 dollars for shipping from the US in the past, but I imagine it dpends on the weight. I would happily pay whatever the shipping came to if I won. Thanks for replying, Karen.
