This is a vintage sewing kit! It comes from a hotel in Israel called the Crowne Plaza Holiday Inn.
The little packet is opened, and it looks like it may have been used once. It contains 6 colors of thread, one needle, two straight pins, a small safety pin and a button.

Perfect if you like to carry a sewing kit in your purse, or when traveling. Also a really nice item for a collector of sewing kits as I don't imagine this would be an easy one to find!
