casing is black painted wood.
stands about 6" tall in total.

item has *dusted* look on bottom as part of decor.
wonderful little desk or fireplace piece.

Not trolling, it just looked dusty. This is called a CORK SCULPTURE, they are really cool. I have several different ones of these that I have bought over the years. None of mine have that kind of paint scheme, mine are all black. I will be Bidding though. NICE AUCTION!! F&W

Cork sculpture is so intricate & pretty. Most were framed in black lacquer but never seen one with a dusty appearance. Regardless, they are hard to find nowadays.
