PACKAGE INCLUDES:
- 8GB iPhone 4S (front glass is damaged, but works fine and will not cut your fingers; back glass has light scratches and no damage; stock memory is 8GB, but in all actuality, it's around 4GB of memory; all buttons are functional)
- sparkly, pink case (great condition; no damage)
- nice little letter from me, ipiercesirens! :D
PACKAGE DOES NOT INCLUDE:
- original box *teardrops falling*
- earphones
- USB cord

DISCLAIMER I: this phone is iCloud locked. The owner before me forgot to wipe her info off the phone, so her contacts, iCloud info, and all are still on the phone.
DISCLAIMER II: I'm sure the battery is fried. For some reason, the phone won't charge. I've plugged the charger in while the phone was off, and the phone will come on, BUT WILL NOT TAKE CHARGE. The phone also heats up kinda fast. You can send the phone in to Apple to have a battery replacement for around $79. The phone will come to you with a battery charge from 64 - 66% (yes, it still powers on).
DISCLAIMER III: I will be placing the phone/case in the outgoing mailbox behind my apartment building, so the item will not ship with tracking, but I hope for the winner to receive their item within 5 - 10 business days.
DISCLAIMER IV: I will only ship to LISTIA VERIFIED ADDRESSES. No funny business.

4S is fully capable of using iOS 8, and it hasn't slowed this phone down a bit.

Read the updates I've posted, good buddy. I tell you all that it is a Sprint phone. Also, the previous owner can't remember her password so... I found a way around her iCloud account. Pretty simple to do.

The phone, in terms of iCloud, is locked. I've contacted the previous owner about it, and we've tried going through all measures to get her password back (she's forgotten it), so it's locked to her iCloud - can't remove hers without the password. I can only reset so much without needing her password, so all the stuff I had on the phone will be removed and all the settings I modified reset - only issue is her phone still asks if you'd like to use cellular data. I'm sure she'll fix that with Sprint.
