I prefer the oils verses the tarts.Wax absorbs most of the oils and the oils scent fizzle out as to where when you burn just the oil you keep the scent the entire time.I have years of experience with different oils and candles.Never made them,but tried most.

Or maybe caramel,cupcake,birthday cake?I like all of the baked good smells.So,you make candles?How's that going?I am a candle lover I would love to try one of your candles one day.I love a really overwhelming smelling candle.Candles these days are just not so smelly.I have a vanilla cupcake frosting candle,and I love it.I bought it from Wal-Mart but again,it's just not as strong as I'd like it to be.

Yeah that's why i make my own because i like to put alot of oil in it,,my candles smell strong thru the whole time,,each time if you cut the wick before lighting it again it helps the candle burn straight across instead of down in a hole,,ill put some of my candles tarts and candles on so you can try one,,ill make some out of the ones you just named off and see what you think,,,,
