It is factory reset and ready to be registered. It is currently fully charged. I do not have the charger with it, but will include the purple case that I keep it in. There is no scratches on the screen.

Can be connected to WiFi to download books on it. I don't know exactly how many books can be put on it, but it's a lot for sure. I had many books on it and could have still put more on. I liked being able to download books through my amazon account, and when the Kindle was connected to wifi, they would show up on it.

There are many books that you can find online for free, but of course you have the option to purchase books if you wanted to.
