The listing, Womans Plus (22/24) embellished top has ended.

This top was worn once when I was a plus size woman. It is very colorful and was bought at Avenue. Size 22/24...3/4 sleeve length with elastic banding at end. No stains, stored away.

I would say this blouse would come to mid thigh, it would probably wear best with leggings or dark jeans?? LOL I gues I am not direstly answering your question as well as you would like but it is not dress length but longer then a tee shirt would be.
