This pack is BRAND NEW AND NEVER USED, however I had them smooshed into a plastic bin and bent the cardboard backing. This made the plastic bubble packaging lift a little. However, they still have all the brand new plastic covers on each one, and they've never been removed from the pack - ever. Promise. :)

Non smoking home. We have a small dog, but he's lacks opposable thumbs so he is unable to use these. :P
