We like to eat pickled hot peppers on our sandwiches and as a side dish with our meals. For me this pepper is easier to grow then pepperoncini peppers here in zone 7. From Albuquerque’s south valley they like the hot days and cool nights here. Peppers go from yellow to Orange to Red when fully mature. Peppers have a tear drop shape grow on 3 foot tall plants and are very prolific. Peppers have a thick skin and stay crunchy when pickled. We make rings out of them. All my peppers are grown as organically as possible and I save all the seed myself and they are packaged for the 2015 growing season. Look at the pictures they are part of the description.
