The listing, Ipod 4th gen 8G "READ DESCRIPTION." has ended.
Ipod 4th gen. 8G problems are that the LCD screen is dead. It turns on and you can see that its functioning but when you touch it. Nothing happens. It hasa crack on the left side under the power buttons work and also a cracked corner right under the power button. But the power, home, and volume buttons work. Charger port works. I Cant find the charger but if i do. I will be sending it.
I can auction off whatever i feel like. If people want to bid on something thats broken then thats on them. I put in the description that it was broken. Im not false advertising. So please keep your comments to yourself.
People auction broken iPhones all the time here. As long as the auction is forthright and discloses the fact, there is no problem. Some people think they can fix it, others will use it for parts.
That's why you're supposed to READ the entire auction. If the seller was dishonest, Listia will give your credits back, and PayPal gives you 30 days to dispute any shipping you may have paid for w/PayPal.
But Listia would not refund in this case, just because it's broken, because that has been disclosed.
